GM Factory LS-2/LS-6 Stage 2 Porting
Our most powerful CNC ported factory casting for the LS-1 Engines, the Stage 2. Designed using the same 2.04 and 1.57 valves and valve job technology developed and used in the TrickFlow 215cc head this head has awesome mid-lift airflow. It performs on par with most aftermarket heads. We use your 243 or 799 castings and give them the Full CNC port job, Custom valve job, hand blend the porting into the valve job, flow test (sheet provided), flat mill, and assemble using 2.04 and 1.57 Ferrea intake and exhaust valves, our custom PAC dual .650 spring and Titanium retainers

Full CNC ported 229cc intake and 84cc exhaust ports
Custom 4 angle Int / Radiused Exh. valve job
Hand finishing of Valve job into Porting
Standard 67cc CNC Chamber
Flow test with included sheet
Deck surface finished with CBN cutter for ultimate surface finish
Blueprint assembly in which all spring heights and pressures are checked
Head will fit 4.00″ bore but will require 4.030″ gasket.
Optional spring or aftermarket valve packages available.
